Young-Hae Chang Heavy Industries

Young-Hae Chang Heavy Industries is an art-duo based in Seoul. The members
are Young-Hae Chang and Marc Voge and they call themselves web-artists. The group was founded
in 1999 and has been working with web-art since then. The name Young-Hae Chang Heavy
Industries was chosen because, as the duo puts it, ''We live in a country -- South Korea -- that loves
its big, powerful companies. We wanted to get some of that love.'' Following this logic, the artists
have executive titles: Young-Hae Chang as the CEO and Marc Voge as the CIO.
